I have a question about tickets. Who should I contact?

Only season ticket subscribers and those on the waiting list can sell or purchase tickets via the Giants TeamExchange program. If you would like to become a member of the waiting list for season tickets, please send us your request in writing via mail to the address noted above. We will not accept rtequests via fax or email. You must include your full name, mailing address and telephone number.
How can I get an autograph from a player or coach?
From our experience, the best time to obtain autographs from players is during training camp each year. Aside from the annual "Meet the Giants" event, which allows for fans to obtain autographs, players do spend several minutes each day signing autographs on their return from practice.
If you're unable to make it up to camp, then you may wish to send the item you wish to have autographed, along with appropriate return postage, to the individual player at Giants Stadium AT YOUR OWN RISK. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GIANTS ORGANIZATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SENT TO PLAYERS, INCLUDING THOSE TO BE AUTOGRAPHED. FURTHERMORE, SHIPPING AN ITEM TO A PLAYER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLAYER WILL SIGN AND RETURN IT.
Again, the best time to obtain autographs and confirm it's authenticity is to get them directly from the player(s) and we find that training camp is the best time to do that.

Due to an overwhelming amount of emails addressed to our players, coaches, general manager, executives or owners, we suggest you try contacting them in writing.

How do I make a request for a charitable donation or player appearance?
Memorabilia Request
The Giants assist over 2000 tri-state area charities each year with fundraising efforts though the donation of Giants memorabilia. Charitable organization in need of assistance for an up coming event should send their request to the following address:

All requests must be made in writing and appear on official organizational letterhead. Include in your request; information on who or what the event is benefiting, a contact name + phone number and date of the event. Due to the large amount of request received each month, all requests must be received at least eight weeks prior to the event, the Giants are only able to help organizations once a year and faxed requests are not accepted. Please note, the Giants will not accept items to be autographed and unfortunately can only assist organizations in the tri-state area.
Monetary Donations
The New York Giants seldom purchase advertising or sponsor events through cash contributions. Instead, we focus our efforts on the strategic grant-making of the Giants Foundation. The Giants Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization formed by the Giants to assist charitable and youth related causes throughout the greater metropolitan area. The Foundation accepts grant proposals from October 1st through December 31st of each year. The proposals are reviewed by the Foundation's Board of Directors in February and grant announcements will be made shortly there after.
All proposals must include a description of your organization, the amount of funding requested and detailed description of how the funding will be utilized. Grant recipients must be exempt from taxation under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. A copy of the IRS determination letter granting such tax exempt status must be included with your proposal. The Foundation, generally awards grants to charitable organizations whose efforts lie in education, health, and youth related services.

When is the new schedule released?
The NFL typically releases its schedule during the month of April.
Where can I find information regarding a tryout?
The Giants do not have open tryouts. Tryouts are by invitation only.
Where can I find information regarding cheerleaders?
The Giants do not have a cheerleading squad. We have always felt that the game should be the focus of the day of game presentation.
Who can I speak to about a sports-related injury or medical condition?
Due to liability issues, we can not discuss medical issues with the public.
How can I find out about internship opportunities with the Giants?

How come I can see planes flying so close to Giants Stadium?
Giants Stadium is located between two airports, Newark International and Teterboro. Aircraft departures and arrivals are dependent on wind direction (by taking off and landing into the wind, it shortens the takeoff and landing roll). The two main runways at Newark International are oriented on north/south headings, which puts aircraft in the vicinity of the Sports Complex when the approach is to the southern runways. We are in constant dialogue with the FAA and Teterboro tower and there have not been any violations to FAA regulations. The airlines are following proper approach procedures as they have in the past. Obviously, the events of September 11th may cause some fans to take notice of these planes, but we can assure you that they are not any closer to Giants Stadium than they have been in the past.

Unfortunately, the Giants do not accept requests for messages to be shown on the scoreboard during Giants games.
